Job summary

TradeChoice Carpet & Flooring is seeking a motivated team member to welcome customers, promote our specialist flooring products, and grow sales across our branches. You will follow up on orders, build lasting relationships, and help ensure smooth deliveries from suppliers.

The role involves expanding our customer base, nurturing existing accounts, and handling additional duties as required within a busy flooring distributor network across 14 UK branches.

Qualifications

• Product range, competitor and flooring industry knowledge
• IT literate, data accuracy and manipulation
• Build and maintain committed relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
• High standard of numeracy and literacy skills
• Confidence, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills
• Strong sales experience including a transferable customer base (desirable)

Job description

No two days are the same, but you will typically:

• Welcome our customers and colleagues with a smile and promote our unmissable offerings.

Your working pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• Between 8am to 5pm
• 30-minute break

Proven track record of delivering growth, profitability and cost efficiency
