Job summary

Time Appointments is recruiting on behalf of a manufacturer near Cambridge for an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator to join the team. This customer-focused role drives sales, develops strong customer relationships and ensures every enquiry is handled promptly, accurately and professionally.

You will develop new and existing relationships, identify growth opportunities, process orders and maintain CRM records, working with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in internal sales, customer service or account management.
• Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work to deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and existing customer relationships through proactive sales outreach, account management and follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales through cross-selling, upselling and account development.
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally, resolving queries where possible and ensuring they are followed through to completion.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records across CRM systems.
