Job summary

Rosslin Media in Fareham is seeking an Internal Sales specialist to join our growing team. You will primarily handle inbound queries from our existing customer base, taking orders, answering questions and promoting products.

You will build strong relationships with customers, aim to increase sales with existing accounts, and may make some outbound calls to promote offers. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and teamwork with internal departments.

Internal Sales

The company you will be working for are an independant growing SEO provider with a reputation for delivering their services on time, every time.

Our well established client are looking for someone to join their long standing internal sales team.

The role will involve primarily dealing with inbound queries from their existing customer base.

They are looking for someone who can build relationships and increase sales with existing customers.

There is very little cold calling.

Someone with a technical sales background would be preferred but this isn't essential.

Internal Sales - The Role

• Dealing with inbound calls and enquiries from existing customers / accounts
• Taking orders, answering queries and promoting products

• Making some outbound calls to customers to promote products and offers
• Promptly act upon customer requests, problems, issues and follow up to ensure customer is satisfied with outcome
