Job summary

Streamline Search is seeking an Internal Sales candidate to manage enquiries by phone and email, prepare accurate quotations, and process orders. You will follow up quotes to close sales and identify opportunities to upsell products while maintaining precise records of quotations and customer details.

The role involves supporting the sales team during busy periods and building product knowledge across the range.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a internal sales or estimating role
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills
• Good organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive approach to customer service and sales opportunities
• Experience within construction, trade, hardware or building products is advantageous

• Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
