Job summary

Global Commissioning is expanding its Talent team in the UK and Europe. We seek an Internal Recruiter / Talent Partner to own vacancies across engineering, commissioning and project delivery, building pipelines and actively headhunting top talent across multiple locations.

You will work with the Head of Talent to source proactively, manage briefs, and influence hiring decisions using data and market insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple vacancies and sourcing passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting within engineering, construction, technical or data centre sectors is a plus.
• Experience recruiting internationally—especially across Europe—would be highly valuable.

As our business continues to grow across the UK and Europe, our hiring plans are growing with it - which means we're looking for another brilliant Internal Recruiter / Talent Partner to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves recruitment, enjoys working at pace and wants to be part of a growing international business where Talent has a real impact. You'll work closely with our Head of Talent, taking ownership of vacancies across engineering, commissioning and project delivery while helping us build the talent pipelines we need for continued growth. And this isn't a role where you'll simply manage applications. We want someone who loves finding people. You'll be proactively sourcing, headhunting and engaging talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, existing networks and creative search strategies - particularly across the highly competitive engineering and data centre market.

What will you be doing?

Who are we looking for?

You'll already have experience managing multiple vacancies and be confident using LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively identify and engage talent. Experience recruiting within engineering, construction, technical or data centres would be a big advantage, but we're equally interested in strong recruiters who can demonstrate that they know how to learn a market, build relationships and deliver. Experience recruiting internationally - particularly across Europe - would also be highly valuable. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is:
