Airborne Environmental Consultants Ltd, a UK-based compliance consultancy and training provider, is hiring an Internal Recruiter for the Trafford Park office. The role offers hybrid work after probation, with a base salary around £28,000 plus uncapped commission and a 9-5 schedule.

You’ll own the in-house recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and candidate experience while building relationships with hiring managers and partners across the UK. Essex travel is occasional.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience, either agency or in-house.
• Strong candidate sourcing skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn, job boards and ATS systems.
• Great communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Plenty of positive energy and a genuine interest in people.

Responsabilités

• Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and other channels.
• Writing creative and engaging job adverts.
• Managing applications, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Keeping candidates informed and creating a great candidate experience.
• Managing our ATS.
• Carrying out pre-employment and reference checks.
• Supporting AEC's LinkedIn, Instagram and careers page.
• Building relationships with colleges, universities and recruitment partners.
• Attending careers fairs and recruitment events.
• Occasionally travelling to our Essex office.

We're looking for an experienced recruiter to join our HR team and take ownership of our in-house recruitment.

You’ll still get the parts of recruitment you enjoy — sourcing, speaking to candidates, filling roles and earning commission — but instead of recruiting for multiple clients, you’ll be helping to build our team. And your normal working day finishes at 5pm!

What you’ll be doing
