Airborne Environmental Consultants Ltd in Trafford Park is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join the HR team. Hybrid after probation, 9:00am–5:00pm, Circa £28,000 DOE with uncapped commission, and long-term stability in a growing, employee-owned consultancy.

You will own recruitment end-to-end, write engaging adverts, manage applications and onboarding, and partner with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience, either agency or in-house.
• Strong candidate sourcing skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn, job boards and ATS systems.
• Great communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Plenty of positive energy and a genuine interest in people.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from start to finish, including sourcing, screening and onboarding.
• Write creative and engaging job adverts.
• Coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding processes.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Keep candidates informed and provide a great candidate experience.
• Manage our ATS and support employer branding on LinkedIn and careers pages.
• Build relationships with colleges, universities and recruitment partners.
• Attend careers fairs and recruitment events.
• Occasionally travel to our Essex office.

Hours – Monday to Friday – 9.00am-5.00pm

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to join our HR team and take ownership of our in-house recruitment.

You’ll still get the parts of recruitment you enjoy — sourcing, speaking to candidates, filling roles and earning commission — but instead of recruiting for multiple clients, you’ll be helping to build our team. And your normal working day finishes at 5pm!

What you’ll be doing
You’ll manage recruitment from start to finish, including:

• Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and other channels
• Writing creative and engaging job adverts
• Managing applications, interviews, offers and onboarding
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers
• Keeping candidates informed and creating a great candidate experience
• Managing our ATS
• Carrying out pre-employment and reference checks
• Supporting AEC’s LinkedIn, Instagram and careers page
• Building relationships with colleges, universities and recruitment partners
• Attending careers fairs and recruitment events
• Occasionally travelling to our Essex office.
