Strive - GTM Talent Partner is seeking a founding internal recruiter for a fintech in Central London. You will own GTM hiring (AE, BDR, sales leadership) from scratch, building the talent engine as the first in-house recruiter on the ground.

The role offers up to £140K base, with equity and the chance to shape a new function in a hypergrowth environment. 5 days on-site preferred, flexible hybrid considered.

A hypergrowth, well-funded fintech is building out its founding UK/EMEA team and looking for someone to build the talent engine behind it from scratch.

This is a true 0-to-1 seat: founding in-house recruiter owning GTM hiring (AE, BDR, sales leadership) for one of the fastest-scaling companies in the space.

• Founding Internal Recruiter (UK), Central London - 5 days on-site preferred, open to hybrid
