Job summary

Hypergrowth Fintech in Central London is seeking a Founding Internal Recruiter to build the GTM talent engine from scratch. You will own UK/EMEA GTM hiring for AE, BDR and sales leadership, with 5 days on-site preferred and hybrid options.

This is a first-in-house role on the ground, offering up to £140K base plus equity and significant scope to shape the recruiting function in a fast-scaling fintech.

Qualifications

• In-house recruitment experience within GTM functions.
• Proven track record hiring AE/BDR or sales leadership roles.
• Experience building a recruiting function from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Founding Internal Recruiter (UK), Central London, with 5 days on-site preferred (hybrid allowed).
• Own GTM hiring for account executives, business development reps and sales leadership.
• Help design and scale the recruiting process and candidate experience.

A hypergrowth, well-funded fintech is building out its founding UK/EMEA team and looking for someone to build the talent engine behind it from scratch.

This is a true 0-to-1 seat: founding in-house recruiter owning GTM hiring (AE, BDR, sales leadership) for one of the fastest-scaling companies in the space.
