Job summary

The Cambian Group in Gateshead is seeking an Internal Recruiter for a full-time hybrid role (2 days home, 3 days in office). You will manage end-to-end recruitment, draft job descriptions, post vacancies, screen applications, and conduct initial interviews.

Role Description

The Internal Recruiter role is a full-time, HYBRID 2 days home 3 days office position based in Gateshead. The Internal Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening applications, and conducting initial interviews. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, advising on selection processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The Internal Recruiter will maintain accurate recruitment records, support compliance with relevant employment regulations, and contribute to workforce planning. The position also includes building talent pipelines, coordinating onboarding activities, and promoting Cambian’s employer brand in line with its values and safeguarding responsibilities.
