Overview

This role is for an Internal Recruiter for a retail business. The role is hybrid working with around 1-2 days in the office.

Base pay range

Salary up to c£40,000 + Benefits, Bonus

Responsibilities

• Partner with the retail and head office teams to deliver sustainable and measurable results in cost, time and quality of hires.
• Execute effective sourcing, pipeline development and forecasting activities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool of candidates and champion recruitment processes.
• Act as a brand ambassador and work with various teams to hire people with the right skills and attitude.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment workflows and a positive candidate experience.
