Residential Lettings Executive
Our client is seeking a dynamic and sales-focused Internal Lettings Negotiator to assist with the lettings within a brand-new luxury apartment building based in Manchester city centre. As a Lettings Executive, you will be responsible for providing front-line support to assist with the lettings of residential accommodation to achieve occupancy targets.
Our client is an exciting and established leading provider of luxury accommodation, offering apartments for rent in amazing locations throughout Manchester. They are all about creating a friendly place to live, with apartments that renters can personalise to make their own home and a ton of social space where they can get to know their neighbours a little better.
They are seeking sales-focused, but above all passionate and articulate individuals to join their team. They are looking for highly motivated and confident individuals with the desire to build a career in lettings. Ideally, they are looking for a graduate who has some experience of working within lettings or a sales-driven environment; however, if you are a graduate with a tenacious and driven character and a real desire to forge a career in sales, then read on.
The role is predominantly dealing with interested customers generated by extensive marketing campaigns and trade shows, and there is little if any cold-calling; however, you will be required to have a pro-active approach to sales through referrals and networking.

Monday - Friday 9am-6pm, with 1 Saturday per month (10AM-2PM) for which you will receive a day in lieu the following week.
