Skills

Strong L&D capability with experience designing practical, digital first internal learning content

Experience building or managing internal learning platform/knowledge hubs

Highly organised, delivery focused

Able to balance structure with pragmatism and common sense

Commercially aware with a straightforward communication style

Experience implementing lightweight LMS or learning tools

Familiarity with Google Workspace
