Job summary

You will define curricula, build competency frameworks, and partner with executives to foster strategic upskilling across geographies.

You will lead change management, design engaging learning experiences, and ensure alignment with business goals while leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning and development, ideally within professional services or financial services.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale L&D programs in global, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building with executives and regional heads to drive adoption of the program.
• Program Development: design curricula and learning experiences aligned to business strategy and future skill needs.
• Program Management: coordinate rollout (EMEA then global) and monitor progress with stakeholders.
