Job summary

University of Exeter in Exeter is seeking a Recruitment Co-ordinator (internal applicants only) to support end-to-end recruitment across the faculties. This is a part-time role (21.9 hours per week) with a fixed term until 15 January 2027, offering hybrid working with campus and home-based days.

The salary starts at £30,878 per annum pro rata, with potential growth based on knowledge, skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or HR support with ability to advise and influence hiring managers.
• Strong customer focus and attention to detail in managing recruitment processes.
• Ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from posting to offer.
• Build relationships with recruiting managers and provide guidance during selection.
• Coordinate with faculties to source and shortlist candidates.
• Contribute to the rollout or use of the new recruitment ATS system.
