Job summary

Major Recruitment is seeking an internal recruiter focused on driving recruitment for 7.5 tonne/HGV drivers across UK depots. You will join a high-volume, fast-paced internal team to deliver end-to-end recruitment at pace.

The role requires hands-on experience in driving recruitment, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to hit targets in a demanding environment. Hybrid working; office in Smethwick, with immediate start.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years high-volume driving recruitment experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Able to manage both candidate and client relationships and deliver at pace.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns for 7.5 to HGV drivers UK-wide.
• Coordinate with depot managers and internal colleagues to meet recruitment demand.
• Deliver a fast, compliant, high-volume recruitment process in a demanding environment.
