Hallmark UK & Ireland is seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Compliance Lead based at our Dawson Lane site in Bradford with hybrid flexibility. You will own and maintain our certified management systems across ISO9001, BRCGS, Smeta/ETI base code, FSC and ISO14001, ensuring understanding, embedding and continual improvement across the supply chain.

You will train colleagues, guide teams, plan external audits, and work with senior leaders to embed compliant processes that meet customer and licensor

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or formal qualifications in quality management systems (ISO9001) – essential
• Internal auditor qualification to ISO9001 – essential
• Experience with BRCGS consumer products and ethical audits (Smeta/ETI base code) – essential
• Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution environments – desirable
• Strong organisational skills, tenacity and a drive to see things through – essential
• Excellent communication and training skills – essential
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence others – essential

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about doing things properly. This role is all about making sure our certified management systems are not only maintained, but understood, embedded and used to drive real improvement across our supply chain.

You’ll be the go-to person for all things compliance, working across teams to translate standards into practical ways of working. You’ll guide, train and influence others to see the value in doing things well — and help us stay ahead of customer expectations, audit requirements and internal KPIs.
