Job summary

Juice Recruitment partner to a Chippenham-based client seeks a permanent Quality and Compliance Manager to drive a culture of continuous improvement and oversee the Quality Management System, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance. You will lead audits, regulatory requirements and health & safety initiatives while guiding the organisation on dual-use and ITAR controls.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality management and compliance.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor qualification preferred.
• Familiarity with health & safety standards (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred).
• Understanding of regulatory compliance including dual use and ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Identify quality tools and perform investigations to improve process quality.
• Oversee the Quality Management System and ensure customer compliance.
• Lead audits, regulatory requirements and ISO9001 compliance.
• Develop short- and medium-term objectives in quality, compliance and health & safety.
• Drive a Right First Time culture across the business.
• Manage training and development on quality, compliance, processes and standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with relevant bodies.

Are you passionate about quality assurance, compliance and making a tangible difference? Juice Recruitment is excited to partner with our client, a reputable company based in Chippenham, seeking a permanent Quality and Compliance Manager. In this pivotal role, you'll be driving a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the company's operations meet the highest industry standards, including ISO 9001. A background in engineering, logistics, manufacturing, aerospace or automotive would be welcomed.

• Identify best quality tools and execute investigations / analysis in order to improve process quality
• Fully oversee the Quality Management System and lead on all compliance to the customer
• Leading on all audits, regulatory requirements and ISO9001
• Lead the development of short- and medium-term objectives within quality, compliance and health and safety
• Driving a 'Right First Time' approach across the business
• Manage training and development on quality and compliance, process and standards
• Ensuring compliance within regulatory bodies covering
• Management and admin of customer portals
• Working with customers and suppliers

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• Proven experience in quality management and compliance, ideally within aerospace or logistics sectors
• Qualified as an ISO 9001 Internal Auditor and NEBOSH or IOSH health & safety qualified preferred
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, including dual use and ITAR controlled items
• Experience working with export licensing systems like Spire
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Ability to develop and deliver training, leading to a culture of quality excellence
