Job summary

Inventum Group is seeking a Communications Executive (Internal Communications) to craft engaging articles and intranet content that inform and connect staff across a global organisation. The role combines storytelling with strategic messaging on sustainability, agriculture and innovation.

You will translate complex topics into clear, compelling stories for employees, edit stakeholder content, and support internal campaigns and newsletters in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, journalism, content marketing or editorial roles.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex subjects.
• Experience creating content across digital and internal communication channels.
• An interest in agriculture, food systems, sustainability, environmental issues or science-driven innovation would be highly advantageous.
