Job summary

The Dispute Service (TDS) seeks an experienced Internal Communications Officer to join our team. This role focuses on creating engaging content, building relationships across the organisation and helping colleagues feel connected to our purpose, strategy and achievements.

Working closely with our CEO, Executive Team and leaders across the business, you will deliver clear, engaging and timely communications to more than 230 colleagues across the TDS Group.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in internal communications, corporate communications, PR, marketing or related field.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience creating engaging content across multiple channels.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Strong planning and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging internal communication plans and campaigns.
• Manage and maintain the organisation's internal communications calendar.
• Create and publish content across newsletters, intranet, email bulletins, presentations and office communications.
• Support senior leaders with communication planning and messaging.
• Translate complex information into clear, accessible communications.
• Coordinate company-wide town halls and colleague engagement activities.
• Use feedback and engagement data to continuously improve communications.
• Support PR activity, media materials, events and social campaigns as required.
