Job summary

The Dispute Service (TDS) is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Officer to join our team and help colleagues feel connected to the company's purpose, strategy and achievements.

Based near Hemel Hempstead with hybrid working, you will craft engaging content across newsletters, intranet, and events for over 230 colleagues, supporting leaders and coordinating town halls. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in internal communications or related field.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience creating engaging content across multiple channels.
• Strong stakeholder management and confidence working with senior leaders.
• Strong planning and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging internal communication plans and campaigns.
• Manage and maintain the organisation's internal communications calendar.
• Create and publish content across newsletters, intranet articles, email bulletins, presentations and office communications.
• Support senior leaders with communication planning and messaging.
• Translate complex information into clear, accessible and engaging communications.
• Coordinate company-wide town halls and colleague engagement activities.
• Use feedback and engagement data to continuously improve communications.
• Support PR activity, media materials, events and social media campaigns where required.
