Job summary

BMW Group UK is offering a placement year in Internal Communications. You will help plan and deliver messages across channels, draft engaging content, and manage content across email, intranet, Viva Engage, and apps.

You’ll also source imagery, create visuals, and support video content and events. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree with a 2:1, strong writing skills, and good knowledge of Office tools.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a bachelor’s degree with a predicted 2:1 or higher in a relevant field.
• Relevant work experience and interest in communications.
• Excellent communication skills and strong written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of internal communications across channels.
• Draft engaging content that communicates information clearly and consistently.
• Publish content across email, intranet, Viva Engage, digital signage, and apps.
• Source imagery, create infographics, and assist with video content.
• Support the planning and delivery of internal events and CSR activities.
