Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on communications concepts and applied experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Design, or related field.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple deliverables, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Design capability and proficiency with PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop or comparable tools, with strong layout and visual detail.
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Attention to detail, editorial judgment, and quality control across content types.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset and ability to drive deliverables to completion.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across regions and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of digital signage content, including design, scheduling, and publishing.
• Support the production of video content for internal audiences, including shooting, editing, and formatting across channels.
• Build, design, and maintain intranet pages with focus on layout and audience engagement.
• Distribute internal email communications to a large employee base using internal tooling, including testing and targeting.
• Manage project workflows from intake to approvals and publication.
• Create and update visual assets using PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop, ensuring brand consistency.
• Maintain rigorous quality control across deliverables: proofreading, formatting, accessibility, versioning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across regions and time zones to align on priorities and schedules.
