Job summary

Revolut is seeking an Internal Auditor to execute risk-based customer journey and compliance audits. You will work with the Head of Internal Audit to assess offerings against UK and EU regulations, ensuring robust controls and effective risk management across Revolut’s retail and business products.

You’ll leverage SQL and analytics to test controls, draft high-quality reports, and engage senior stakeholders to drive remediation.

Qualifications

• Experience in an audit-related role within a regulated financial services environment.
• Experience with customer support channels, customer satisfaction, complaints, regulatory compliance frameworks, or customer communications.
• Knowledge of relevant UK and European regulations and frameworks.
• Proficiency in working with and interpreting data using SQL, SAS, Python, or R.
• Knowledge of IIA standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Drive to learn, grow and impact quickly within a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Internal Audit to plan and execute reviews in line with policies, procedures, methodologies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal audits across core customer journeys with minimal supervision.
• Prepare clear audit reports outlining risk findings, root causes and action plans.
• Utilise SQL and data analytics tools to perform data-driven testing and maximise audit coverage.
• Independently scope, execute and deliver audit reviews with value-driven recommendations.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and secure buy-in on audit outcomes.
• Close audit findings with robust remediation across business units.
• Monitor progress against timelines and scope, escalating as needed.
