Job summary

Revolut is seeking an Internal Auditor in London to execute end-to-end, risk-based customer journey and compliance audits. You will assess retail and business offerings from a customer experience perspective and analyse financial products against relevant regulations.

Collaborate with the Head of Internal Audit, use data analytics to test and expand audit coverage, and communicate findings with clear action plans for risk remediation.

Qualifications

• Experience in an audit role within a regulated financial services environment.
• Knowledge of relevant European and UK regulations and frameworks.
• Proficiency in working with and interpreting data, ideally with experience in SQL, SAS, Python, or R.
• Knowledge of IIA standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Internal Audit to develop and execute audit reviews in line with policies, procedures, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and execute internal audits across core customer journeys with minimal supervision.
• Formulate logical, high-quality audit reports that articulate risk findings and management action plans.
• Leverage data analytics tools to perform data-driven testing and maximise audit coverage.
• Scope, execute, and deliver audit reviews independently, highlighting deficiencies and recommendations.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and secure buy-in on audit outcomes.
