Responsibilities

• Coordinate intermodal transport planning across Europe.
• Maintain high levels of communication with suppliers, internal teams and customers.
• Ensure booking instructions are clear, timely and accurately communicated.
• Execute daily operational tasks with attention to cost and efficiency.
• Identify and communicate shipment anomalies, volume changes and customs events.
• Monitor urgent orders to ensure timely arrivals at terminals and escalate delays.
• Provide alternatives and obtain approval for additional costs when needed.
