Responsibilities

• Proactively manage daily communications with carriers and suppliers who do not have TOPS Web access, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure containers planned within the next 24 hours are released, maintaining at least a 48-hour planning horizon.
• Coordinate required releases including port PINs, badges, storage depots, and railheads with suppliers.
• Identify and escalate release issues through QA processes with planners and branch teams.
• Monitor incoming emails and ensure stakeholders receive timely, professional responses.
• Support customer service by responding to queries and following up on operational issues.
• Collect missing PODs for customers and branches when required.
• Help gather missing ATA information and ensure TOPS is updated with accurate data.
