Job summary

Hippo, a Leeds-based digital consultancy, is hiring an Intermediate Business Analyst. You will explore problems, run workshops, and translate business needs into actionable requirements for cross-functional teams.

You will work with Product Owners and Delivery Managers, support UX research, and help ensure the delivered product meets user needs. Join Hippo to contribute to diverse public and private sector projects, with a flexible benefits package and opportunities to travel to client locations

Qualifications

Experience in business analysis and working on Agile projects.
Ability to look at information from different places to derive insights and propose actions.
Experience using modelling to illustrate how things work and selecting best approaches.
Experience collaborating with designers and leveraging user research to define project needs.
Ability to present findings to project teams using data and evidence.

Responsibilities

Look closely at problems and suggest different ways to improve services and products, with clear advice.
Plan and run workshops, build strong relationships, and align goals across teams.
Document and study how the business operates to improve efficiency.
Capture and translate needs for a project into clear team instructions.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Delivery Managers to track work.
