Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a senior intermediary marketing leader to shape how we engage brokers during the Halifax Intermediaries transition to Lloyds Intermediaries. You will develop integrated marketing plans, strengthen broker relationships, and drive advocacy and commercial momentum across channels.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of the UK mortgage intermediary market.
• Experience developing integrated marketing strategies in a regulated environment.
• Ability to translate complex product, regulatory, technology or commercial topics into clear, practical communications.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience working with creative, media, content or communications agencies.
• Commercial judgement linking marketing activity to business priorities and outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Shape the intermediary marketing strategy across brand, proposition, product and broker communications.
• Build broker-facing activity that supports the transition from Halifax Intermediaries to Lloyds Intermediaries.
• Lead integrated campaigns across trade media, LinkedIn, email, website, events, partnerships and content.
• Partner with Intermediaries, agencies, trade media and internal teams to turn complex priorities into simple, effective communications.
• Define success measures, use performance insight and broker feedback, and continually improve the impact of activity.
• Lead and develop a team of three, creating clarity, pace and high-quality delivery.
