Headley Professional Recruitment Ltd is sourcing a Contracts Manager for interior fit-out projects across the Barnsley/Doncaster/Rotherham region. You will oversee projects from inception to snagging, controlling timescales, costs and progress, and keeping senior management updated.

The role requires 5+ years in contract management for main contractors, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years' experience as Contracts Manager for main contractors.
• Experience in the shopfitting and interior fit-out sector.
• Excellent time-keeping and ability to manage own workload and deadlines.
• A proactive, organised approach with high attention to detail.
• Good IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Professional qualification in project management desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor labour and site management specific to the project.
• Control and analyse labour costs alongside the QS.
• Attend and contribute to client and contracts meetings.
• Collate and sign off snagging works by project support team.
• Record variations from site and liaise with the QS team.
• Ensure site health and safety from pre-contract to completion.
• Promote commercial awareness for on-site projects.
• Liaise with supply chain to ensure compliance and site setup.
• Ensure quality of workmanship aligns with company standards.
• Deliver projects to the agreed programme of works.
• Monitor programme and identify shortfalls and solutions.
