Urban Planters is seeking an Interior Plant Maintenance Technician to maintain tropical plants across diverse client sites in Kent. 24 hours per week, 3 days, part-time permanent role with a friendly, fast-paced team and clear progression within the interior planting sector.

The role focuses on plant maintenance, installations, and client service with full training provided. Excellent team environment and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Full UK driver's licence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Plant knowledge would be advantageous.
• Horticulture qualification desirable but not essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous and full training will be provided.

• Maintain artificial plant displays.

Job description

Position: Interior Plant Maintenance Technician

Location:Kent, UK

Contract: Part Time, Permanent

Hours: 24 Hours per week, Monday to Friday (3 day week)

Salary: £17,088 p/a

Reporting To: Team Leader

The Role

Working as a Interior Plant Maintenance Technician, you will carry out maintenance of tropical plants within a wide sector of businesses, ensuring the best possible service is provided to our ever growing customer base.

• Watering, feeding and pest control of live plant displays

• Comply with relevant health and safety

• Qualification in Horticulture is desirable but is not essential
• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous however full training will be provided

• Comply with all relevant health and safety requirements
• Ensure that the clients are always completely satisfied
• Initiate suggestions to improve the organisations performance
• Complete timesheets and other paperwork and ensure all is handed in promptly
