G2 Recruitment Group Limited is seeking an Interim Technical Accountant in the West Midlands region for a 6 months+ contract. The role is hybrid, with 2 days in the office per week and 4-5 days of work per week, starting ASAP. The rate is DOE and outside IR35 is possible.

Responsibilities include leading annual accounts, statutory reporting, and providing IFRS/CIPFA accounting guidance. The candidate will support the audit process, review complex treatments and strengthen financial controls and

Job Title: Interim Technical Accountant

Contract Length: 6 Months +

Main Duties:

• Lead annual accounts, statement preparation and statutory reporting.

Successful candidates MUST have specific local authority experience leading on technical closedown and MUST also be happy working in office X2 days per week.
