Job summary

Consult is seeking an Interim Technology Director to lead a global technology solutions function across software engineering, delivery and operations. The role involves steering a diverse portfolio, aligning delivery with business strategy and delivering client-facing technology products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technology Director, CIO or equivalent with global scope.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary technology teams across software engineering and delivery.
• Experience overseeing complex portfolios of internal and external client solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to challenge requirements and balance priorities.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or complex B2B environments advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership across a multidisciplinary, international technology function.
• Maintain momentum across an established portfolio of technology initiatives with clear priorities and risks.
• Oversee delivery and evolution of enterprise and client-facing technology products, platforms and services.
• Partner with senior leaders and external clients to translate requirements into practical, commercially viable solutions.
• Support AI, automation, low-code initiatives and emerging technologies to drive business outcomes.
• Maintain governance, delivery standards and supplier performance across technology services.
• Develop and sustain capable technical leadership teams.
