Job summary

White Horse Employment is recruiting an interim leadership role for a Technology Planning & Delivery Manager. The role covers a fast-growing business during a significant change period, working with the Head of and aiming for a 3–4 month assignment.

You will manage 3–4 direct reports, oversee the technology roadmap, governance, and delivery across the portfolio while embedding DevOps, documentation, testing, and release planning. On-site 2 days a week is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a changing, growing organisation.
• Relevant degree or equivalent in IT/PM or business systems.
• Certifications desirable: PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, MSP, PMP, ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of 3–4 direct reports, balancing delivery and operations.
• Own and consolidate the technology roadmap across Centres of Excellence.
• Coordinate Q1 2027 roadmap delivery and track milestones.
