Qualifications

• 4–8 PQE commercial lawyer with a strong background in technology-related agreements.
• Extensive experience with SaaS, software licensing, cloud services and technology contracts.

Responsibilities

• Advising on a broad range of commercial contracts, with a focus on technology and SaaS agreements.
• Supporting key business stakeholders on commercial legal matters.
• Providing pragmatic, business‑focused legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
