Qualifications

• Solid experience drafting and negotiating ICT and technology contracts in a financial services, corporate, or law firm setting.
• Strong knowledge of outsourcing regulations, data protection (GDPR), and commercial law.
• Ability to manage complex workloads across multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate ICT services and outsourcing contracts.
• Advise on legal, contractual, and regulatory risks.
• Support compliance with outsourcing guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update standard contract templates and checklists.
• Provide general legal support to procurement and technology stakeholders.
