Job summary

A high-growth technology business in London is seeking an experienced Interim Legal Counsel for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 PQE years of experience, solid drafting and negotiation skills, and familiarity with data protection agreements. You will work closely with the General Counsel, drafting B2B SaaS agreements and advising on privacy-related contracts. The role favors those ready to learn and develop in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Job description

Simmons & Hanbury are exclusively instructed by a high-growth technology business on an interim Legal Counsel hire based in London. The role will be working closely with the General Counsel within a highly collegiate and impressive legal function. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts including B2B SaaS agreements and supply partner agreements.
• Provide advice on on data protection agreements, terms of services and other privacy related contracts.
• Assist teams across the business in identifying issues and commercial risks with relevant stakeholders.
• Support with corporate and governance related matters.

Experience requirements
