Job summary

St. James’s Place in Cirencester is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner Contractor and Interim to help recruit interim, contract, and temporary staff across the organisation. This role supports a flexible workforce that enables business success and maintains efficient processes for candidates and hiring managers.

The position offers a hybrid working arrangement with a permanent employment type, at associate seniority, and the opportunity to influence recruitment strategy within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for interim and contract staff in a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of employment legislation for temporary workers.
• Ability to balance speed and quality in hiring.
• Experience in regulated sectors such as financial services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full recruitment process for less complex interim, contract, and temporary assignments, delivering timely and quality outcomes.
• Draft and post job adverts, coordinate campaigns, and screen candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments, shortlist applicants, and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes for a smooth candidate journey.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
• Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure processes are followed and service levels maintained.
• Act as a point of contact for hiring managers and provide mentorship on recruitment timelines and processes.
• Work closely with the Contractor Interim TAP TL to ensure seamless recruitment delivery.
• Share feedback and ideas for improving recruitment processes and candidate engagement.
