Job summary

Panoramic Associates is seeking an experienced Interim Manager to oversee a supported living service in Hampshire. The role focuses on maintaining service continuity, stabilising teams, and upholding high standards of care during a transitional period.

The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement adjustments to sustain high-quality service delivery for adults requiring personalised care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in social care environments.
• Experience managing supported living or similar services.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service delivery in the supported living service.
• Lead and support a staff team including advanced support workers and deputies.
• Maintain operational standards and regulatory compliance.
• Foster relationships with service users, families and external stakeholders.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements as needed.
• Support staff development and morale during the interim period.
• Manage staff schedules and respond to operational issues promptly.
