Job summary

• Extensive experience leading large-scale change programmes in regulated environments.
• Strong background in financial services or asset management.

• Oversee the full programme lifecycle from planning to benefits realisation.
• Provide values-led leadership to ensure effective delivery and colleague experience.
• Lead multi-disciplinary programmes from inception to completion.
