Job summary

Fruition Group in Leeds is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives within financial services or pensions, ensuring alignment with business goals.

You will manage multiple projects within a structured governance framework, engage stakeholders from executives to delivery teams, and drive risk-aware, on-time outcomes in a dynamic, hybrid environment with two days in the office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering projects, preferably in financial services or pensions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within a governance framework.
• Excellent stakeholder management, from executives to project teams.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Prince2 qualification and proven capability to manage risks and deadlines.

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire | Hybrid working - 2 days in the office
Salary: Up to £64,000 + 15% bonus, 12% pension, 27 days holiday, healthcare, 4x death in service

As a Project Manager, you will spearhead end-to-end project delivery, aligning strategic goals with operational execution to create lasting impact. What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project delivery or managing programs within financial services or pensions
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a structured change governance framework
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences from senior executives to project teams
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a results-driven attitude
• Recognized project management qualification such as Prince2
• Demonstrated competency in working to deadlines and managing project risks

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience managing project delivery in regulated environments
• Expertise in coordinating multi-stakeholder efforts, including internal teams and external partners up to c-suite level
• Understanding of defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) pensions

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Relevant degree or professional certification in project management
• At least 5 years of direct project management experience, ideally within financial or pension sectors
