• Senior- or executive-level change delivery experience in investment management.
• Experience leading large-scale operating model changes.
• Background with Big 4 consulting and asset management.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Track record of strategic and operational project delivery and change management.
• Strong communication skills and focus on people development.
• Experience with Change Activation including marketing for change and go-to-market enablement.

• Develops and manages highly complex change programs, often with executive sponsorship.
• Leads governance across multiple levels and coaches teams on facilitation.
• Shapes delivery approaches by blending methodologies to fit client needs.
• Plans long-term strategies and drives organizational change initiatives.
• Guides cross-functional teams through ambiguity and high-pressure periods.
• Communicates with stakeholders to drive adoption and measure value.
