Page Personnel is recruiting an Interim Business Planning Partner in the West Midlands to support planning and performance reporting across change initiatives. You will work with stakeholders to ensure plans align with strategic objectives and deliver meaningful insights for decision-making.

The role requires strong analytical ability, experience in planning and performance management, and the ability to advise senior leaders.

Qualificações

• Experience in applied knowledge and understanding of business planning and performance management methodologies.
• Significant planning and performance reporting experience with a relevant qualification.
• Ability to think strategically and systemically.
• Experience providing strategic and operational advice to enable planning, performance measurement and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Work with stakeholders to ensure service delivery and change plans remain aligned to strategic objectives, providing challenge where needed.
• Support prioritisation and decision-making through planning analysis, performance insights, and reporting.
• Provide advice and guidance on planning, performance reporting, governance, and gateway requirements.
• Partner with delivery leads and sponsors to develop and maintain integrated plans covering deliverables, resources, capabilities, and dependencies.
• Ensure plans and performance reporting remain accurate, up to date, and transparent.
• Facilitate organisational assessments of demand, capacity, capability, risks, and impacts to support effective planning and prioritisation.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning and performance reporting practices.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with agreed standards and governance.
• Support planning gateway reviews, change requests, performance reporting, and project closure activities.
