Job summary

VANRATH are partnering with an established organisation in Belfast to recruit an Interim Senior Project Manager. The role is initially a 3-month assignment, with potential for extension, reporting to the Transformation Lead.

You will manage delivery plans across multiple IT/digital projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive governance to ensure ownership and accountability across business and technology domains.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in business transformation/change.
• Ability to manage and lead multiple IT/Digital projects and workstreams.
• Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management, and stakeholder engagement.
• IT proficiency and experience using PM tools.
• Relevant PM certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery plans, dependencies, actions, and governance for multiple projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, operations, finance, and external suppliers.
• Manage cross-functional resources, ensuring all roles are understood and accepted.
• Maintain end-to-end view of projects, identifying impacts across business and technology.
• Drive issues to resolution and ensure clear ownership and accountability.
