• Ensure projects have clear business sponsorship, appropriate resources and engagement from key stakeholders.
• Work with business functions to gather requirements and ensure technology solutions are fit for purpose.
• Ensure project investments deliver measurable business benefits, including improved performance, reliability, security and scalability.
• Manage internal project teams alongside external vendors, systems integrators and consultants.
• Provide clear and concise project updates to senior leadership and steering groups.
• Maintain robust project planning, documentation, governance and communication throughout delivery.
• Support the successful handover of projects and ensure agreed outcomes and benefits are realised.

  Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams, business users and senior management.
• 
  Experience managing project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies.
• 
  Strong vendor and third-party supplier management skills.

  Excellent planning, documentation and communication skills.
