Job summary

Riada Resourcing in Belfast is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead ICT initiatives from concept through delivery. You will work with stakeholders to ensure projects are on time, within budget and aligned to organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities include authoring business cases, managing ICT service delivery, and helping shape an ICT strategy. A university degree and PM experience in large organisations are required, with Prince2/MSP/PMP qualifications preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree or professional qualification (or equivalent).
• 3 years in PM in a major organisation.
• 5 years in PM in a major organisation.
• Led ICT project over £100,000 or led on a complex workstream on an ICT project/programme over £5 Million.
• 3 years' experience managing teams.
• Hold Prince2, MSP, PMP or equivalent qualification.
• Hold a current full driving licence valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment.

Do you have experience leading large-scale projects from concept through to delivery? We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the development and delivery of key ICT initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget and aligned to organisational objectives. About the role:

• £28.48 per hour
• Full-time, 37.5 hours a week
• Temporary role, immediate start for 3-4 months to February 2027 with potential to extend
• James House, Belfast

What you'll be doing in this role:

• Deliverable is to author a business case, to time and budget liaising with both customer and Information Technology Services staff members
• Take lead responsibility for the management and delivery providing a specialist IT service
• Support with the development of an ICT strategy

What you'll need for this role:

• A university degree or professional qualification (or equivalent / higher) and have worked for at least 3 years in a project management role within a major organisation
• OR Have worked for at least 5 years in the in a project management role within a major organisation
• Demonstrate that you have led on an ICT project over £100,000 or led on a complex workstream on an ICT project/programme over £5Million
• Have at least 3 years’ experience managing teams of people
• Hold Prince2, MSP, Project Management Professional PMP or equivalent qualification
• Demonstrate a broad range of technical knowledge and be aware of new technology and service developments
• Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment. This criteria will be waived in the case of applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who have access to a form of transport approved by the Organisation which will permit them to carry out the duties of the post
