Job summary

VANRATH are partnering with an established organisation in Belfast to recruit a Contract Project Manager for an initial 3-month assignment with potential extension. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with autonomy from day one and direct reporting to the Transformation Lead.

You will lead multiple IT and digital projects, govern RAID items, manage stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional teams across business, operations, and finance to deliver end-to-end project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, especially in business transformation/change.
• Ability to manage and lead multiple IT/Digital projects, and workstreams, simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management, and stakeholder engagement.
• IT proficiency and experience of using PM tools.
• Relevant PM certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery plans, dependencies, actions, and governance processes for multiple projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, operations, finance, and external suppliers
• Manage cross-functional resource ensuring all roles are understood and accepted
• Maintain an end-to-end view of projects, identifying impacts across business and technology
• Drive issues to resolution and ensure clear ownership and accountability
