Job summary

Euro-projects Recruitment Ltd is sourcing an Interim Site Engineering Lead / Interim Site Engineering Manager for a heavy process manufacturing site in North Wales. The role reports to the Plant Manager and leads engineering and maintenance teams to improve reliability and transform the maintenance strategy on site.

The successful candidate will implement preventative and predictive maintenance, apply Lean and Continuous Improvement techniques, and drive CapEx projects while ensuring safe,

Qualifications

• Senior engineering or maintenance leader with heavy process manufacturing experience.
• Experience with CMMS/SAP and KPI driven reliability metrics (OEE, MTBF, MTTR).
• Proven ability to implement preventative and predictive maintenance and Lean improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across engineering, maintenance and reliability on site.
• Develop and coach Engineering Managers and technicians.
• Move maintenance from reactive to preventative/predictive.
• Lead CapEx projects and plant improvements.
• Maintain SAP/CMMS usage for planning and optimization.
• Build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
