Job summary

Carrington West is seeking an Interim Senior Procurement Manager to lead procurement for a major infrastructure project with hybrid working and travel to Newport, Birmingham, and project sites. The role focuses on governance, supply chain development and strategic supplier partnerships.

You will develop PSLs, implement SRM, and establish framework agreements while collaborating with pre-construction, operations and site delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Senior Procurement Manager with infrastructure/major project experience.
• Experience establishing Approved Supply Chains and PSLs.
• Experience implementing SRM and supplier performance monitoring.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work with delivery teams.
• Knowledge of procurement governance in developing procurement environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an Approved Supply Chain and PSL across categories.
• Establish procurement governance, processes and controls to improve compliance.
• Identify and engage strategic supply chain partners and develop framework agreements.
• Develop category plans to identify priority suppliers for procurement decisions.
• Establish framework agreements and call-off mechanisms for project delivery.
• Implement SRM processes and supplier performance monitoring.
