Interim Scheme Manager - Supported Living (Mental Health)

Location: Buckinghamshire (multiple sites)

Duration: 6-8 weeks (with potential to extend)

We are seeking an experienced Interim Scheme Manager to provide short-term leadership across supported living services for individuals with enduring mental health needs. This role involves hands-on management, supporting frontline teams, overseeing safeguarding and risk management, and ensuring housing responsibilities are met.

The position primarily covers two sites, with flexibility to support nearby services if needed.

Key Requirements:

• Strong background in mental health and safeguarding
• Confident and supportive line manager
• Full UK driving licence and valid business insurance (mileage reimbursed)
